Bishop was elected in November 2022 for the ACSI  Diocese of Kanyakumari  and was Consecrated for the Diocese on January 22nd, 2023 by the Primate His Eminence The Most Revd.Dr.Gunasekaran Samuel and the Co-Consecrators were the ACSI Archbishop The Most Rev.Dr.Julius Rajasingh  and Rt.Revd.Dr.David Rajkumar, Bishop ACSI Madurai Diocese.   

The Kanyakumari Diocese has  32 Churches with 30 Priests and with different social projects go alongside to help the people in their social care to live in the society.

The Diocese ultimate motive is to help the poor and down trodden people and educate them to live in the society.

The Diocese embraces the independant churches to come into the umbrella of the ACSI to guide them and give spiritual food to grow in the Lord and strengthen their churches.
